Ecommerce - Cyclovac
Context
In 2018, Cyclovac needed to revitalize its website in order to pursue the growth of the company with the help of a whole new state-of-the-art web platform, fully aligned on its digital marketing strategy.
Mandate
Improve the reputation of the company in the field of central vacuum
Participate in the business development of the Trovac group
Be useful and relevant to different types of platform users (customers as well as marchant)
Contribute to developing the digital culture of Trovac and its brands





Tasks and reponsabilities
Extract and identify meaningful feedback from key stakeholders.
Coordinate with the Digital strategy expert to ensure alignement between the UX research and the SEO strategy.
Document and revise as necessary all UX workflows, user journeys, and information architecture to optimize the platform efficiency.
Coordinate with development manager to ensure alignment between functional documentation and UX documentation
Periodic review of platform with the development team to ensure alignment between the mockups and the finished product.
