C2Agora - Event Platform

Context
C2 conceives and produces large scale events. When the pandemic hit in 2019, digital platforms were key to offer high quality events to network, be inspired and engage with the speakers.
After trying other solutions, C2 decided to capitalize on the company’s expertises to create the perfect online event platform: C2Agora.

Mandate

  • Design a seamless experience for the participants attending the event

  • Conceive an engaging tool for participants, speakers and partners to connect

  • Centralized all the features needed to produce an event (ticketing, content, broadcasting, live engagement, reporting etc.) whether online, in person or hybrid

Tasks and reponsabilities

  • Extract and identify meaningful feedback from users and business partners

  • Ensure strategic alignment between business stakeholders and development

  • Assist director of technology in building and maintaining product roadmap and priorities

  • Identify and document all on platform personas

  • Review, document and revise as necessary all UX workflows, user journeys, and design elements of the Agora platform

  • Coordinate with development manager to ensure alignment between functional documentation and UX documentation

  • Periodic review of platform to ensure design adherence from development
